The Eurogrid GmbH is integrated into the established whistleblower system of 50Hertz Transmission GmbH. In accordance with EU Directive 2019/1937 (EU Whistleblower Directive; WBIR) and the German Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG), the whistleblower system has already been expanded to include the requirements of the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) for setting up a grievance mechanism for human rights and environmental violations. The reporting channels listed below offer not only employees but also business partners or third parties in particular the opportunity to report any risks or violations, anonymously if desired. In accordance with the legally required due diligence obligations in supply chains and on the basis of a corresponding procedural regulation, either the Elia Group's digital reporting channel via a web-based platform or a legal ombudsman are available to you. 

If you are or become aware of any incidents in connection with Eurogrid GmbH that give rise to the appearance of unlawful advantage-taking, unlawful practices or a violation of human rights or environmental regulations, you can use the existing reporting channels. We would ask you to make use of this offer.

The ombudsman is available to employees, suppliers, contractors and third parties as a point of contact and confidant. He is an external, independent lawyer who is subject to a duty of confidentiality and only passes on information to the company's internal reporting office, the Compliance Committee, with the express consent of the whistleblower. Information can also be passed on anonymously on request.
